Eligibility & Ticket Details

• Open to all ages; tickets available to the general public, sponsors, and Challenge entrants, except family, employees, sponsors, and suppliers of Deniliquin Yamaha are excluded.

• Tickets sold:

  • General raffle: $5 each, no bulk discounts, unlimited per person.

  • Friday Night Mega Raffle: $2 per ticket (includes 5 numbers).

• Sales timeline:

  • General raffle: From 1 Sept 2024, online until 11:59 pm Thursday 6 Feb 2025, and on-site until 12:30 pm Sunday 9 Feb 2025.

  • Friday Mega Raffle tickets only available on-site from 5 pm Friday 7 Feb 2025.

Draw Schedule & Format

• General (Major) Raffle

  • Draw at 1:30 pm Sunday 9 Feb 2025, reverse order: first ticket = 3rd prize, second = 2nd prize, third = 1st prize.

• Friday Night Mega Raffle

  • Draw around 8 pm Friday 7 Feb (date context indicates likely 2025, despite a 2024 typo).

• Minor Random Draw

  • Occurs approx. 8 pm Saturday 8 Feb 2025.

• Major Random Entry Draw

  • Occurs approx. 1:30 pm Saturday 8 Feb 2025.

Winning & Claiming Prizes

• Presence required: Winners must be present at Mega and Minor Random Draws to claim prizes.

• Time to claim: Winners have 3 minutes at the draw to make themselves known; otherwise, a redraw occurs.

• For the Major Raffle, winners need not be present; they will be contacted by phone and announced on the website and in the Deniliquin Pastoral Times.

Additional Costs & Restrictions

• Winners are responsible for all registration, on-road costs, government fees/charges.

• Prize packages (boat/motor/trailer) will be held at supplier’s outlet, free of charge, until the winner has completed registration and documentation.

General Terms

• Prizes are drawn from lowest to highest value unless otherwise noted.

• No cash redemption or exchanges; however, winners may negotiate directly with sponsors at their discretion (challenge organizers are excluded from such negotiation).
