Terms and Conditions for the Deniliquin Yamaha Major Raffle

• Raffle tickets are available to the general public, sponsors, and entrants to the Edward Kolety Fishing Challenge.

• Family, Employees, Sponsors, and Suppliers of Deniliquin Yamaha are excluded from entering this competition

• Raffle tickets are available at numerous retail outlets, and committee members and available on-line through the website www.edwardfishingchallenge.com.au

• Raffle tickets cost $5 per ticket only. No bulk purchase discounts are available.

• There is no limit on individual ticket sales.

• Open to all persons of all ages.

• Ticket Sales will be from 1st September 2024.

• Online ticket sales will cease 11.59 pm Thursday 6 February 2025

• Ticket sales will continue at the event Head Quarters until 12.30 pm Sunday 9 February 2025

• The draw will take place at Event Headquarters at approx. 1:30PM Sunday 9 February 2025

• The draw will take place as a reverse raffle. Prizes will be drawn out in the following order; First ticket drawn will be 3rd prize, second ticket drawn will be 2nd prize, third ticket drawn will be the major prize.

• Winners of the Deniliquin Yamaha Major Raffle do not need to be present at the draw to claim prizes.

• All registration fees, on-road costs, and Government Fees and charges, are payable and are the responsibility of the winner

• The Boat, motor, and trailer prize package will be relocated under permit and stored at no charge to the winner at the suppliers retail outlet until registration, insurance, and appropriate documents are generated and transferred into the winners details.

• Winners will be notified by contacted by phone if not in attendance, winners will be published on the website and published in the Deniliquin Pastoral Times

• Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash from the Edward Kolety Fishing Challenge, however direct negotiations with the sponsor Deniliquin Yamaha are at the sponsor's discretion and Edward Kolety Fishing Challenge is excluded from this process.
